Job Description
The Summer Custodian is a 20-hour per week position with a moderately heavy manual work schedule, involving seasonal or temporary routine housekeeping and domestic tasks in various buildings. The job requires a valid Florida License Class E Driver's License, certification in CPR, and experience in custodial work is preferred. The work environment is 50% inside a climate-controlled building and 50% outside, with physical requirements including standing, walking, and lifting objects weighing up to 44 pounds.
Requirements
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) within 6 months
- Experience in custodial work preferred
- Valid Florida License Class E Driver's License required
- Ability to operate telephones, smart phones, tablets, photocopiers, printers, desktop and/or laptop computers, and all associated software
