The Streets Supervisor is a supervisory position within the Public Works Department in the Streets Division, responsible for supervising division personnel and overseeing street, sidewalk, drainage, construction, landscape, and maintenance projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years' experience supervising street repair and maintenance crews
- Class A Commercial driver's license
- Ability to use MS Word, Excel, and other applications
- Working knowledge of basic drafting skills and computer aided drafting systems (Auto CAD)
- Knowledge of safety rules and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Ability to maintain positive relations with division subordinates and city/BLW employees and public
