Job Description
The Business Analyst, Facilities Maintenance will report to the Manager of the Facilities Maintenance section and be responsible for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS-Infor), maintenance plans, schedules, and groups, and analysing and evaluating business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with Facilities Maintenance staff to address planned and reactive maintenance scheduling requirements.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
- Strong computer skills with experience in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Crystal reports, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with CMMS and familiarity with Infor software
- Maintenance planning experience
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Data management, reporting, analysis, trends, and forecasting experience
- Working knowledge of building systems including structures, building envelope, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
