Job Description
The Airport Operations Agent ensures the safety, security, and maintenance of Airport grounds, equipment, buildings, and facilities as directed, providing excellent customer service to airport guests.
Requirements
- Respond to aircraft emergencies within 3 min time window
- Perform visual inspections on ARFF truck to maintain readiness
- Provide customer service to pilots and passengers
- Verify aircraft fuel type and amount
- Tow aircraft to better suit airport needs
- Obtain aircraft information and pilot information for invoice and billing procedures
