Job Description
The Asset Management Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, analysis, and reporting to the Strategic Infrastructure Analysis Unit of the Asset Management Branch. This includes lifecycle activities related to rehabilitation and upgrade of the City's infrastructure assets.
Requirements
- Completion of 4 year university degree in Engineering, Planning or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible and direct experience in asset management, engineering planning and estimating on rehabilitation projects, condition assessment and performance monitoring, predictive modeling, design and approvals, project/contract management, supervisory responsibilities, and engineering studies
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) is desirable
