Job Description
The City of San Antonio seeks an Architectural Project Manager to oversee the delivery of capital improvement projects, including planning, budget development, scheduling, and contract administration. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, architectural and building facility planning, and construction management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Two (2) years of project management experience
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering technical specifications and drawings
- Experience in professional service and construction contracts
- Ability to prepare budget input data
- Ability to prepare council items
