Admin trainee position assisting with various office functions, data entry, and financial transactions, with a focus on excellent customer service and teamwork.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a discipline pertinent to the job function (i.e. business, law or other relevant field)
- Experience with computers and various software, including but not limited to MS Office Suite 365 (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with staff and clients in an efficient and diplomatic manner
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
- Ability to provide excellent customer service when dealing with the public
- Ability to work shifts as assigned, flexible hours including overtime as required
