Job Description
Plan, lead, and organize Ministry-directed After-School Recreation Care (ARC) Programs for children aged 6-12, providing on-site program direction. Follow healthy child development principles and ensure program facilities and equipment meet health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Education in a relevant field
- Standard First Aid – CRP C Certification
- Ability to lift/carry equipment (up to 20 kgs)
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to oversee and provide direction to site leaders
- Fundamental knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
