Job Description
Reporting to the SAP Solution, Planning & Delivery Senior Enterprise Solutions Technical Lead, the Senior Systems Integrator Technology Services (SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Supervisor) provides technical and people leadership for the City's SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) technology portfolio. In this role, you will support the ongoing evolution, modernization, and integration of the City's SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Considerable experience overseeing and/or supporting the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors in a complex enterprise environment.
- Considerable experience supervising or leading teams supporting SAP HCM/SuccessFactors systems in a large organization.
- Considerable experience managing and coordinating application lifecycle activities in a complex SAP SuccessFactors environment, including bi-annual releases, upgrades, patches, testing coordination, change management, production deployment readiness, and ongoing platform sustainment.
