Requirements

• Perform biobank-scale common and rare variant genetic association analyses using scalable cloud-native tools
• Develop and implement pipelines for cross-biobank phenotypic curation and harmonization
• Carry out post-GWAS analyses and interpretation
• Collaborate with disease area biologists in target validation efforts
