Account Manager

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to lead client engagement, retention, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong client relationships, be a self-starter, and be technologically savvy.

Requirements

• Serve as a focal point of contact for clients to ensure work performed satisfies company and client quality standards.
• Manage, expand, and diversify client relationships with an eye toward potential add-on sales opportunities.
• Be the voice of the client as you work with Independent Contractors, and crew members to meet/exceed client expectations.
• Lead the execution of company policies and procedures associated with client service levels.
