The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and retaining B2B accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high client satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a track record of success in client retention.

Requirements

• 2+ years outside B2B account management experience
• 2+ years track record of success in a client retention role
• Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments
• Positive and outgoing personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
