Job Description
The Account Manager is an outside, B2B account management and sales position that provides field support to clients and contractors. The position is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion, and diversification of City Wide building solutions and/or products.
Requirements
- 1+ years outside B2B account management and sales experience
- 1+ years track record of success in a client retention and growth role
- Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of CRM database and strong computer skills
- Ability to travel on a daily basis to client locations locally and within 50 miles
- College degree
