Account Manager - Virginia Beach

City Wide is seeking an Account Manager to manage B2B accounts and provide field support, including training, inspections, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have excellent selling skills, a positive personality, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years outside B2B account management experience
• 2+ years track record of success in a client retention role
• Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments
• Positive and outgoing personality
• Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database
