Seeking a proactive and forward-thinking Associate Facility Solutions Manager to join our team in the facility maintenance services field.
Requirements
- Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion and diversification of City Wide building solutions and/or products.
- Ensure a standard of excellence in quality and client satisfaction through detailed quality control inspections of client sites and consistent follow-through on all client promises.
- Effectively communicate all client issues with the Enterprise Facility Solutions Manager and/or Director of Operations;
- 3-5 plus year's management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience.
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be living in North County San Diego.
