Controller

The Controller will oversee all financial operations of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, developing efficient financial processes, and providing strategic insights to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to include management.
• Advanced-level experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and with a focus of accounting software such as Great Plains.
• Knowledgeable and professional behavior with current employees, applicants, and contractors.
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Task completion on assigned projects or job functions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy of administrative work.
