Facilities Operations Supervisor

The Account Manager/Facility Solutions Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high client satisfaction. This includes training, inspections, and developing long-term relationships with clients and Contractors.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships
• Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule
• Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services
• Manage all Contractor relationships
• Ensure a standard of excellence in quality and client satisfaction
• Supervise and direct Night Managers
• Promote the sale of, procure and monitor supplies for clients
• Effectively communicate all client issues with Contractors and the Director of Operations
