Job Description
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading complex technology initiatives using Agile project methodologies, combining strong project management expertise with a solid technical background. This role ensures seamless collaboration among engineers, developers, and business stakeholders, and is accountable for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs—on time, within scope, and on budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or information systems
- 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience in IT project management or closely related roles
- Certified Scrum Master Certification
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud business applications
- Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Risk management and decision-making ability
- Attention to detail with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM systems, and Power BI
