Requirements

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success in outbound or ‘hunter’ roles.
• Confidence in leading conversations, asking smart questions, and adapting to different business types and personalities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• High level of accountability, time management, and self-discipline.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
