City Year helps students and schools succeed, while preparing the next generation of leaders. City Year AmeriCorps members provide support to students, classrooms and the whole school. Schools that partner with City Year are up to two to three times more likely to improve in English and math assessments, and the more time students spend with AmeriCorps members, the more they improve on skills that help students thrive in school and contribute to their community. 2-6 years of work experience, at least 1 year of management experience, passion for service and the City Year mission
Individual Giving Director
5-8+ years of fundraising experience, ability to manage donor portfolio, strong communication skills, experience with Boards and volunteer committees
Impact Manager
Manage complex relationships, lead teams, and achieve transformational results with students
Program Director, Service Projects
4-6 years of experience in event management and/or project management, strong written and oral communication skills, and at least 3 years of management experience
ASU City Year Student Success Coach
High school diploma or GED required, enrolled at ASU, 17-25 by July 1, 2026, comprehensive background checks
Senior Director, Development
7+ years of experience in fundraising for non-profit or educational organizations, with a strong knowledge base of all aspects of fundraising and individual giving programs
Senior Impact Director
5+ years of team management experience, strong track record of results, and a background in education
Impact Manager
2-4+ years of direct team management experience, High school degree or GED required, Work in education or social service programs strongly preferred
Impact Manager
Experience working in management, non-profits, community service, and/or youth work, or education; experience working with teams of young adults; excellent communication skills
Impact Manager
2-3 years of experience, work in education sector preferred, national service experience a plus
