Administrator - Woodbourne

We are seeking an Administrator to support the operational success of NZDF and make a real difference for the people who protect and serve Aotearoa. The role involves providing contract administration support, day-to-day office administration, and interacting with NZDF personnel, contractors, and site users.

Requirements

• NCEA Level 2 or School Certificate equivalent
• Experience in an administration or coordination role within an operational, project, or facilities environment.
• Experience managing records, documentation, and reporting.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Absolute alignment with Citycare Property values.
