Call Centre Administrator - Whenuapai

Citycare Property is seeking a Call Centre Administrator to join their team at Whenuapai Air Base. The successful candidate will receive and triage service requests, accurately log and manage service requests, and coordinate with site teams and contractors to support service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in a call centre, service desk, administration, or coordination role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Calm and focused approach in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience maintaining records and working to response timeframes
• Alignment with Citycare Property values
• Legal right to work in Aotearoa, ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and consent to a Criminal Record Check
• Ability to meet NZDF security and site access requirements
