Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Operations, Delivery or Contract Manager in a complex high-security environment
• Proven capability in managing contract deliverables
• Ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills
• Proven capability in positively managing stakeholder relationships
• Degree in business administration, operations, engineering or similar field
• Analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
• Alignment with Citycare Property values
• Legal right to work in Aotearoa and ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Willingness to consent to a Criminal Record Check
• Ability to meet NZDF specific security requirements
