Citycare Property is looking for a skilled and motivated Site Manager to lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects in Christchurch.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing projects from $10k to $1M+
- Construction project experience
- Strong commercial contracting background
- Ability to manage clients and meet contractual obligations
- Proficiency with digital tools and systems
- Trade qualification in carpentry or a related field
- Full Class 1 driverâs licence
