Requirements
- Completion of NCEA Level 2 or equivalent
- Strong computer literacy, including the use of service management systems and standard office applications
- Understanding of confidentiality, security, and compliance requirements
- Experience in a call centre, service desk, or customer service role within a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks and make sound decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Absolute alignment with Citycare Property values
- The legal right to work in Aotearoa, ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and willingness to consent to a Criminal Record Check
- Ability to meet NZDF specific security requirements
