Senior / Principal Civil Engineer

Requirements

• Team Management: Lead and mentor project teams, overseeing engineers of varying experience levels.
• Project Leadership: Take charge of multiple projects, ensuring they meet or exceed quality standards and deadlines.
• Development and Training: Assist in the development of junior team members, identifying training needs, equipment requirements, and software licenses.
• Project Profitability: Monitor project profitability, striving to deliver projects within budget and timelines, and communicate any potential billing or labour plan changes to Project Associates or Directors.
• Client Relations: Maintain and enhance our reputation in client-facing roles, contribute to securing repeat business, and identify new opportunities.
