Cost Accountant

We're Civica and we make software that helps deliver critical services for citizens all around the world. We're looking for a meticulous and analytical Cost Accountant to assist with our G&A operations.

Requirements

• Partner with G&A functional leaders to provide financial support and analysis
• Conduct monthly reviews of G&A costs, including preparation of accruals and prepayments
• Produce high-quality and insightful variance analysis to explain financial movements
• Support forecast review sessions, including system updates and financial modelling
• Review and challenge forecast changes to help functions meet budget targets
• Assist in delivering accurate and timely business plans
• Collaborate with the Central Finance team on month-end processes and reporting
• Manage the capital expenditure (CapEx) process, including: Review and approval of CapEx requests, Consolidation and forecasting of Group CapEx and depreciation, Participate in purchase requisition approval processes, Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support as required
