We're looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to contribute to Civica's evolving Go-To-Market organisation. The role involves delivering high-quality enablement programs, tools, and training to support sales teams in scaling, adapting, and thriving during a period of significant commercial transformation.

Requirements

• Proven ability to support sales enablement programs that drive commercial performance
• Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality enablement content and materials
• Ability to develop training assets, onboarding experiences, and sales artefacts that strengthen capability and accelerate performance
