Job Description
CivicScience is looking for a detail-oriented Programmatic Trader to join their Advertising team and leverage the direct user engagement of their consumer insights platform. The role involves end-to-end campaign management, technical execution, and collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on DSP experience, launching and optimizing campaigns
- 3+ years working with SSPs, including direct deal ID setups and PMP execution
- Strong command of audience targeting, first- and third-party data strategies, and measurement best practices
- Deep comfort with Excel and campaign analytics platforms
- Excellent multitasking skills—able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders without missing a beat
- Analytical and solutions-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically and act tactically
