Airspace Modernisation Policy - Associate

The role supports the Airspace Modernisation Development Team in developing high-quality publications and communications, and you will build, grow, and lead internal and external stakeholder relationships to enable key outcomes to be delivered and to ensure the delivery of approvals and completion of key administrative accountabilities. You will work closely with government and industry representatives to interpret and implement public policy, in addition to developing new guidance and processes.

Requirements

• Experienced or qualified in policy development and research.
• Practical experience of working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary or multi-agency groups.
• Ability to communicate complex issues to different audiences, with a particular emphasis on excellent written communication skills, with experience in drafting quality documents and briefing material.
• Ability to build, influence and manage relationships.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset with evidence of delivery in dynamic and changing environments.
• Initiative-taking, pro-active with excellent organisational skills.
