Job Description
Civitech is seeking a Client and Operations Support Specialist to support their mail program by ensuring seamless communication with clients, compiling and sharing critical information, and assisting with operational tasks.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a political, advocacy, or nonprofit environment
- Ability to compile and organize information from multiple sources
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
