Revenue Operations Specialist

Civitech is a public benefit corporation dedicated to creating a fairer and more equitable democracy by building the tools and infrastructure needed to increase civic participation, empower Democratic candidates to win, and support the success of progressive causes. The Revenue Operations Specialist will own Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commission payments, Sales Tax compliance, and State Reporting, and report to the CFO or VP of Finance.

Requirements

• Run the company's Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commissions payments, Sales Tax, and State Reporting processes
• Partner with the fractional bookkeeping team to ensure P&L is accurate and monthly close is efficient
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated success at guiding professional development, proactive learning, and building task autonomy
• Deep commitment to the mission, paired with self-awareness to manage energy and emotions
