Job Description
Join a team of 750+ employees in 20+ countries as an Associate Partner/Partner for Innovation Advisory in Romania. This role involves generating project opportunities, managing initiatives, and collaborating with the innovation sector in Romania. The team is looking for a visionary with an entrepreneurial mindset who can challenge the market, build and coach teams, and cultivate strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, business management, or innovation
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to design and scale innovation programs and new service lines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and a robust sales pipeline
- Proven leadership in managing and mentoring teams across multiple projects
- Passionate about innovation, technology, and social impact; active in local and international innovation ecosystems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Professional-level English and Romanian language
