Job Description
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and inspire a team, drive operational excellence, and prioritize safety and quality in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will be responsible for motivating your team, adjusting workflows, and overseeing inventory and audit processes. You will also develop and empower your team, prioritize safety and quality, and participate in safety committees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of direct supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional environment
- Tech-savvy: experience with WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400 a plus), Excel, Word
