CJ Logistics America is looking for a dynamic, bilingual leader to serve as a Customer Service Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have strong customer relationships, data analysis, and team leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English & Korean
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in Customer Service or Operations
• Strong data analysis and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
