As a customs entry writer, review import and export documents, ensure customs invoices and shipment papers are present, and prepare paperwork for clearance. Responsibilities include using specialized software, signing brokerage documents, and performing other related duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Competency in Microsoft Office and Google applications analyst
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion and function independently
• Prior experience in Freight Forwarding, supply chain, or logistics operations
