Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Workflow Coordinator/Shipping & Receiving Clerk to optimize warehouse operations, monitor and adjust work assignments, and communicate with teams to ensure smooth transitions between inbound and outbound shipments. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or production planning, and be tech-savvy with experience in WMS and basic computer skills.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or production planning
- Tech-savvy – Experience with WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) and basic computer skills (Excel, Google Suite)
- Detail-oriented & analytical – Strong problem-solving skills
- Great communicator – Ability to delegate tasks and collaborate effectively
- Adaptable & organized – Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges with ease
