C.J Mahan is in search of an experienced marine heavy civil bridge superintendent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project field operations assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion.

• Knowledge and understanding Labor Regulations
• Understanding of project budget and quantities
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Computer proficient with ability to adapt to new innovations and processes
• Broad understanding of construction industry
• Function effectively within a team unit
• Understanding of construction documents and drawings
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Capable of leading and managing craft and non-craft employees
• Qualified Rigger and Signal Person
