Job Description
The Maintenance Associate will help maintain our facilities and improve our business productivity, assisting the Maintenance Manager in maintaining systems, overseeing the continuous improvement of the facilities, and executing long-term strategic plans.
Requirements
- Identify safety hazards while servicing facilities
- Assist with work performed by outside vendors in our facilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts
- Determines and arranges for parts necessary to complete services
- Procures specialized equipment needed to complete services
- Ensure the maintenance vehicles are cleaned, fueled and in proper working order
- Implement safety policies and procedures
- Maintains current job task list
- All other duties as assigned by management
