Job Description
The District Manager is responsible for the performance of Restaurant Management Teams and ensures quality product and customer service experience. Maximizes financial performance and profit, and models company shared values.
Requirements
- Approximately 5-7 years of experience in restaurant operations (QSR preferably)
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management experience
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Investigative and problem solving skills
