Shift Leader

The Shift Leader is responsible for assisting the General Manager or Person In Charge with management activities and duties, ensuring all Crew Persons and Team Leaders are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations.

• Provide a quality product and customer service experience
• Improve the skills and performance of all Crew Persons
• Maximize sales and profits and minimize controllable costs
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures
• Model and encourage Company shared values
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills
• Attend training to remain current on industry trends
