Job Description
The Shift Leader is responsible for assisting the General Manager or Person In Charge with management activities and duties, ensuring quality product and customer service experience, and supporting sales and profits.
Requirements

- Consistently provide a quality product and customer service experience
- Strive to improve the skills and performance of all Crew Persons
- Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize controllable costs
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures

- Attend training to remain current on industry trends
