The Crew Person is responsible for performing specific tasks and duties, as assigned, within the restaurant. This role provides each guest with a positive experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and keeps restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for all guests and employees.
Requirements
- Follows all Company Guest service guidelines and procedures
- Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- Ensures that all Guests receive hot, quality products
- Handles all food products according to company procedures
- Follows all company cash control guidelines
- Demonstrates oral communication skills
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours
