Team Member

The Crew Person is responsible for performing specific tasks and duties, as assigned, within the restaurant. This role provides each guest with a positive experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and keeps restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for all guests and employees.

Requirements

• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines and procedures
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
• Ensures that all Guests receive hot, quality products
• Handles all food products according to company procedures
• Follows all company cash control guidelines
• Demonstrates oral communication skills
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation to work
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours
