Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on Hardware Manager to build, own, and scale our production hardware infrastructure from the ground up.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in hardware, industrial maintenance, automation, robotics, or a similar environment
- Hands-on experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping to design and produce custom parts or fixtures
- Experience operating in Linux environments or understanding of C++ a plus
- Deep hands-on troubleshooting ability across mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with calibration and repair of complex industrial hardware
- Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Comfort operating independently without rigid structure
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (including internationally)
