Job Description
CLA is looking to hire a Controller with Construction Industry experience for its Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) practice in Minneapolis, MN. The Controller will assist clients in transforming their business with a collaborative approach, mitigating risk, overcoming challenges, and identifying personnel to help with workforce needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 6 years of relevant work experience as a Controller or equivalent
- Accounting back-office experience
- Relevant experience in the Construction industry is highly preferred
- Public accounting experience is preferred but not required
- Aptitude for developing and maintaining a thorough working knowledge of accounting software and systems
