Job Description
We are seeking to hire an experienced commercial litigation associate or counsel to join our office in Washington, DC. The position is in our Construction and Real Estate Litigation practice group. The successful candidate will work on matters in that practice group as well as general commercial litigation.
Requirements
- Handle commercial litigation cases, including those in the Construction and Real Estate Litigation practice group.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Participate in hearings and trials.
- Manage a varied caseload involving complex issues.
- Work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
