Job Description
The Litigation Assistant will support the legal team with commercial insurance property claims preparation, management, and resolution.
Requirements
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of depositions, hearings, and other court-related activities
