Job Description
CLARA analytics is looking for a Data Scientist to synthesize and leverage datasets to transform operational performance in the workers' compensation sector. The role involves working on all stages of the data science pipeline, from acquiring and assessing data to incorporating it into a commercial product.
Requirements
- Analyze various data sets and build sophisticated mathematical/statistical models
- Design and optimize algorithms to achieve the best solutions
- Collaborate with product management and engineering departments
- Keep up-to-date with latest technology trends
- Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers
- Implement new statistical or other mathematical methodologies as needed
- Participate in product ideation sessions, roadmap reviews and customer calls
