Job Description
Join Claratel Behavioral Health as an Adult Case Manager and help individuals navigate mental health services, achieve their goals, and connect with community resources. This is a regular, on-site position with a regular schedule (M-F 8:15AM – 5:00PM).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or related field
- 1+ years’ experience in behavioral health or case management (preferred)
- Tech-savviness and comfort using electronic records, phones, and telehealth tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (defensive driving training provided)
- A team-first mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
