Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical training or certification in facility maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a similar role
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Frequent bending, climbing, and reaching
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
